What we collect

When you buy: your name, email and country, passed to us by Digistore24 so we can deliver your files and handle support. Card details go to Digistore24 and their payment providers — we never receive them.
When you browse: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP, device and browser type, and how you arrived here.

Advertising and measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our ads work. This means a record of your visit, and of clicking through to checkout, may be shared with Meta and matched to your account if you have one. We share technical identifiers (IP address, browser, cookie IDs) — not your name or email in readable form.

You can limit this in your Meta ad settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Legal basis (UK/EU)

Contract: delivering the product you bought.
Legitimate interests: keeping the site working, preventing fraud, measuring our advertising.
Consent: non-essential cookies and any marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data in aggregated form. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to support@altersouls.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Transfers

Some of our providers (hosting, payment, advertising) are based outside the UK/EU. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
