If the protocol isn't for you, email support@altersouls.com within 30 days of purchase and ask for a refund. You don't need to explain yourself or prove you listened.
We process it within 5 business days. The money returns to your original payment method — how long it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 3 to 10 days.
We don't ask you to delete the files. Digital products can't meaningfully be returned, and chasing people over it isn't how we want to run this.
If you added the Fast-Start Accelerator, it's covered by the same 30 days and refunded together with the main purchase.
The guarantee window closes, but write to us anyway if something went wrong on our side — a broken file, a download that never arrived. We'll sort it out.
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and it saves us both the paperwork.
